We need a Procurement Executive who's part bargain hunter, part planner, and part superhero for our wellness centre. Whether you're a fresh grad, or mid-career looking for something new - if you're sharp, organised, and love a good negotiation, come play with us.

What You will do:

• Run the Buy: Manage purchasing workflow - from sourcing to PO to delivery
• Vendor Vibes: Build and maintain great relationships with suppliers. Get the best price + best quality
• Stock Boss: Monitor inventory levels so we never run out of the good stuff
• Cost Watcher: Track spend, compare quotes, and help us save $$$
• Sales + Ops Support: Work with the centre team to forecast what we need, when we need it
• Process + Fun: Help streamline procurement and make it efficient and enjoyable

You are the one if you:

• Fresh grad or 1-3 years in procurement, purchasing, retail ops, or admin
• Super organised and detail-driven - Excel is your best friend
• Good negotiator and communicator. Can charm a supplier and close a deal
• Proactive, resourceful, and love problem-solving
• Bonus: Experience in wellness/retail is great, but attitude is everything
