We're looking for a highly motivated, detail-driven individual to join our team as a Procurement Executive. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in optimizing our procurement processes, building strong vendor relationships, and ensuring smooth operations across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor supplier accounts, ensuring all queries and concerns are addressed promptly.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate procurement records and documentation.
- Source, evaluate, and select new suppliers and service vendors that align with company needs and policies.
- Negotiate with vendors to secure the best terms for pricing, delivery, and quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, etc.) to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
- Ensure purchase orders are processed and delivered according to company timelines.
- Monitor stock levels and market trends to anticipate needs and proactively adjust procurement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, policies, and SOPs in all procurement activities.
- Maintain and update the approved vendor list and costing data.
- Process and manage purchase orders, invoices, credit notes, and other financial documentation.
- Provide regular reports on procurement activities, costs, and supplier performance.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties related to procurement and purchasing.
What We're Looking For:
- A Diploma in Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in procurement or purchasing.
- Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while being proactive and taking initiative.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage various procurement activities simultaneously.
- Positive attitude with a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Required to work 5.5 days per week
