We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to join our team. In this role, you will support procurement activities by sourcing materials and services, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods to support business operations.

Responsibilities:
- Source and procure materials and services from local and overseas suppliers.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations to ensure alignment with technical and commercial requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and purchasing terms with suppliers.
- Prepare, issue, and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely fulfilment.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support operational and project procurement needs.
- Resolve supply, quality, delivery, and invoicing issues with suppliers.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost competitiveness, and service levels.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and procurement best practices.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
- Perform other duties and projects assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Good analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Meticulous, proactive, and committed to delivering quality work.
