Procurement Executive

Job Description

• Source and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors based on quality, price, and delivery capabilities.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs)
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and timelines with vendors and suppliers.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, vendor information, and material inventories.
• Work closely with project teams, warehouse, and accounts to coordinate deliveries and manage procurement schedules.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and analyze market trends to improve procurement strategies.
• Resolve issues related to delivery, quality, and pricing discrepancies.

Requirement

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain preferred
• Strong negotiation and communication skills (Bilingual)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and procurement software/ERP systems.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
