Roles and responsibilities:

Execute the full Procurement process to ensure successful delivery of business plans & cost savings, in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

This includes, not but limited to:

• Continuously source, identify & develop new / alternate sources for RFQs / cost savings.
• Manage RFQs with suppliers & internal stakeholders to meet drawing specifications & achieve optimal cost & quality
• Manage Procurement activities to ensure minimum supply issue regarding capacity, quality, timing.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to conduct & perform supplier development & onboarding qualification.
• Yearly procurement savings of 5%.

Job Requirements & Qualification

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering / SCM.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Sourcing / Procurement.
• Experience in manufacturing / electro-mechanical industry advantageous.
• Highly proficient in English & Mandarin for communication with China suppliers.
• Strong interpersonal & negotiation skills.
