Procurement Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a Procurement Executive to support sourcing and supplier management activities for advanced technology infrastructure. The role will be responsible for ensuring stable supply, optimizing procurement strategies, managing costs, and supporting the growth of technology operations.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business, engineering, and finance, to support key technology initiatives and ensure efficient resource planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for technology hardware, infrastructure solutions, and related services.
• Manage supplier relationships, including supplier qualification, onboarding, performance evaluation, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor market conditions, industry trends, and pricing movements to identify optimization opportunities.
• Partner with business and technical teams to support infrastructure and technology initiatives.
• Establish procurement processes, analyze purchasing data, and drive improvements in operational efficiency.
• Support contract discussions, cost analysis, and supplier performance management

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technology hardware procurement, infrastructure sourcing, or related fields.
• Experience managing suppliers and negotiating complex deals.
• Familiarity with computing hardware markets, supply chains, and technology ecosystems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Data-driven mindset with strong cost awareness.
