Job Description

Supplier Sourcing & Management

Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers.
Maintain strong relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
Monitor supplier performance and compliance with contracts.

Purchase Order Processing

Create and manage purchase orders for Stocking Products
Monitoring the inbound shipment schedule and update stakeholders
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure procurement needs are met.

Inventory & Demand Management

Collaborate with internal department to maintain optimal stock levels.
Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
Forecast demand and adjust procurement plans accordingly.

Cost Optimization

Analyse procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Implement strategies to reduce procurement expenses without compromising quality.
Freight Cost Management to ensure cost effectiveness.

Compliance & Documentation

Ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate records of transactions, contracts, and supplier communications.

Reporting

Provide Vendor reports for internal departments and external

Adhoc Responsibilities

Assist with warehouse to arrange delivery for customer
Assist with Order Fulfilment Order Processing when Required

Requirements

Candidates should possess a NITEC or equivalent.

0-2 years of working experience in IT / Sales / Business Process Optimization.
