Procurement Engineer

We are currently seeking for a Procurement Engineer (Electronics & Electrical)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage EMS Commercial and Operations to ensure delivery, cost, and quality goals are met.
• Aggressively drive cost reduction through best-in-class sourcing and lean manufacturing practices.
• Expedite component suppliers and escalate material shortages through formal channels to support on-time delivery (OTD).
• Resolve and de-escalate issues with available resources and tools, while driving necessary improvements.
• Manage E&O through waterfall analysis and drive mitigation & reduction.
• Work independently and resourcefully with cross-functional teams globally to achieve goals.
• Exercise complete authority to use own initiatives and take necessary actions in carrying out responsibilities per Performance Management (PM) goals.

Role Requirements

• :Bachelor's degree in engineering or any other related field of study
• .Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in EMS/CM management, Manufacturing/Engineering Operations, or Planning/Purchasing/Sourcing management
• .Expertise in EMS/CM management, manufacturing and distribution processes, demand/supply planning, material management, warehouse operations, and logistics functions
• .Comprehensive knowledge in the Electronics Electrical (EE) category
• .Excellent communication skills, capable of expressing complex and sensitive concepts clearly and correctly
• .Ability to produce alternative approaches or solutions to opportunities or problems, challenging the status quo
• .Proficiency in conducting basic research, organizing information, and performing cost/benefit analysis
