Procurement Director (F&B)
Role Overview
Drive cost optimization through strategic sourcing, supplier management, and supply chain improvements. Support new product development while ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing
- Develop sourcing strategies (local and global) to optimize cost, quality, and supply reliability.
- Identify and mitigate risks across suppliers, materials, and markets.
- Analyze pricing trends and identify alternative sources to improve cost and quality.
- Define supplier qualification, procurement methods, and quality standards.
- Partner with project teams to support new product development.
- Taking care of a team 6-8 pax
Procurement
- Lead end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Manage procurement, inventory, and distribution strategies.
- Ensure vendor compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Utilize ERP systems to manage orders, pricing, and lead times.
- Optimize logistics and freight spend.
- Drive continuous improvement across procurement operations.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in a procurement leadership role, preferably in F&B.
- Strong sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management skills.
- Proficient in ERP and procurement systems.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and decisive.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration.
