Responsibilities:
- Source for materials, services and vendors based on project requirement.
- Request for quotations, evaluate specifications, and negotiate prices.
- Prepare purchase orders, and follow up on delivery schedules.
- Review products and services to ensure quality standards.
- Verify and process Vendor's invoices.
- Upkeep Materials Library, Vendor's data and Schedule of Rates.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Work with internal departments to ensure project objectives and timelines are met.
- Attend, record and prepare minutes of project meetings.
- Assist Project Team in preparation of project documents and submissions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 year procurement experience preferably in the fit out industry.
- Savvy and adept in online purchasing platforms such as TaoBao etc
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently MS Office.

Salary Package:
Range from S$2200 and upto S$3800 depending on experience
