Job Responsibilities: -
Handles all Requisition from project team and process POs within require time
Ensure materials are delivered on time
Matching of suppliers invoices with supporting documents such as PO & DO.
Maintain and follow up delivery order, purchase order, equipment record and other related matters
Manage monthly payroll of workers
Provide general administrative support including data entry, filling, etc.
Answering phone calls
Requirements: -
Possess a Diploma holders with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in construction company
Proficient in Microsoft Office
