As an Procurement Contracts Specialist, you play a key role in supporting the dept on Capex contracts management and procurement.
The Opportunity:
Project's Construction Contracts records and co- ordinate statistical feedback and data gathering eg. costing and contract administration Keep track and report of any Variation on the Project
Support cost saving initiatives and opportunities to meet project deliverables, objectives andStrategy Attend meetings and compilation of documents etc., includes request vendor/bidders for new vendor creation
Conduct pre-contract and post-contract work activities in line with RSTO policies and procedures
Sourcing, competitive bidding, negotiation of quotation from different suppliers
Tracks order and confirms system lead times, delivery dates and costs
Ensures orders adhere to supplier agreements and contracts
Document estimates and supporting information including the estimate basis and assumptions
Assist in the development of enquiry documents, including contractual terms and conditions
Assist in the development of price list in conformance with the subcontract requisitionIssuances, receipt, perform commercial bid analysis, coordination of technical bid evaluation
Assist in supplier performance data compilation, scorecard compilation
Assist Roche representative to prepare preliminary and final bid tabulation including award recommendation
Work with Roche representative to prepare Final Contract documents to account closing
Perform of post contract administration including progress payment applications, change order,monitoring and reporting of contract cost per contractual package
Who you are
A degree in Finance & Accounting, Business, Commerce, or equivalent.
Good communication skills and proficiency in English.
At least 1-3 years of experience in procurement field within a performance-driven environment.
Knowledge and experience with SAP, MyBuy or other ERP systems.
Exposure to CAPEX processes or project management will be considered an added advantage.
