PROCUREMENT CLERK

Main Responsibilities . Responsible for sourcing the materials, spare parts, tools and equipment according to specifications. . Involve in Vendor selection and negotiate prices and delivery lead time with vendors/contractors . Responsible for procurement processes (e.g. RFQ, PR/PO, etc.) . Coordinate with various departments (i.e. sales, production, accounts) on the required technical specifications, delivery/collection schedule and supplier payments etc . Coordinates Inbound & Outbound shipments & deliveries

Requirement: . ITE/Diploma in Engineering field . 1 year of relevant working experience, candidate without experience is welcome to apply . Proficient in Microsoft Office . Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
