Job Description

Secretlab is an international gaming chair brand seating over 3 million users worldwide, with our key markets in the United States, Europe and Singapore, where we are headquartered.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Associate to support procurement activities across ongoing business and product initiatives. This role focuses on executing sourcing processes, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting procurement requirements tied to production and cross-functional initiatives.

As part of the Procurement team, you will contribute to ensuring timely material availability, cost visibility and supplier coordination. You will work closely with internal stakeholders including Product Development, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations to support procurement execution aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Support quotation processes by collecting supplier pricing, preparing cost comparisons, and assisting in vendor evaluation based on quality, cost and delivery requirements.
  • Process purchase requisitions, support PO issuance and maintain accurate procurement documentation and records.
  • Liaise with suppliers on routine matters such as order confirmations, delivery schedules, pricing updates and sample coordination.
  • Track supplier delivery performance and escalate delays or operational issues to the Procurement Manager when necessary.
  • Collaborate with Product Development, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations teams to understand material requirements and support timely procurement execution.
  • Prepare basic procurement reports, consolidate cost data, and support spend tracking and cost visibility initiatives.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies, supplier onboarding standards and ethical sourcing requirements.
  • Support resolution of routine supplier issues and assist in coordinating corrective actions under supervision.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • 1-4 years experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations preferred
  • Internship experience in procurement or manufacturing environment may be considered.
  • Basic understanding of procurement processes (RFQ, PO processing, supplier follow-up).
  • Ability to analyse basic cost data.
  • Comfortable working in cross-functional environments.
  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin - both verbal and written (for liaising with Mandarin speaking vendors regarding sourcing activities)
  • Willingness to learn and develop procurement capabilities.
