Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end daily procurement operations, including raising purchase orders from stakeholder requests, ensuring compliance with internal policies and delivering value across APAC
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders and business units to understand requirements, while shaping procurement approaches that leverage external vendors effectively
  • Engage suppliers to source proposals and quotations, negotiating commercial terms to balance cost efficiency with service quality and delivery timelines
  • Oversee the logistics and fulfilment of goods, proactively tracking shipments and resolving any delivery issues
  • Ensure all purchases meet organisational standards and adhere to relevant regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with finance and suppliers on invoice processing, ensuring accuracy, timely payment, and resolution of discrepancies
  • Support the Procurement Manager on both regional and global initiatives, including contributing to reporting and ad-hoc analysis

The Successful Applicant


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related discipline
  • Minimally 3 years of relevant experience in procurement, sourcing, vendor management, or purchasing operations
  • Solid understanding of procurement lifecycle processes, including sourcing, contract management, and supplier evaluation
  • Experience in indirect categories such as technology, IT hardware or software.
  • Experience in procurement software such as SAP, Oracle or Ariba, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritise competing requirements in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track spend, and identify cost optimisation opportunities
  • Detail-oriented with a structured and process-driven mindset to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic, high-performance environment with global exposure
