Are you passionate about strategic sourcing and contract management My client is looking for a talented procurement professional to join our team and lead the sourcing of labour services that support engineering and operations excellence. This will be an individual contributor role.
Your new role
- Strategise & Source:Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and execute tender strategies that balance cost-effectiveness with quality.
- Contract Excellence:Draft clear and robust tender and contract documents that protect company interests and define supplier responsibilities.
- Negotiate & Analyze:Evaluate tender submissions, negotiate for best value, and ensure timely completion of procurement cycles.
- Manage & Monitor:Oversee post-contract activities, ensuring supplier compliance and performance.
- Drive Sustainability:Champion sustainable procurement practices aligned with corporate goals.
- Risk Management:Proactively identify and mitigate risks throughout the contract lifecycle.
What you&aposll need to succeed
- At least a Degree holder with 3-4 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing.
- Strong grasp of tendering, contract negotiation, and governance.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, resourceful mindset with a drive for innovation and collaboration.
- Familiarity with SAP
