Our client is a well-established global FMCG organisation with a strong presence across Asia Pacific, known for its portfolio of widely recognised consumer brands.
Job Scope
- Analyse internal and external market data to support Category Managers in supplier negotiations and decision-making
- Consolidate insights and document outcomes from negotiations, including preparing formal procurement proposals
- Develop and compile pricing proposals, covering market context, supplier quotations, and cost analysis
- Manage and monitor approval workflows in Ariba, ensuring timely submissions and adherence to procurement procedures
- Maintain a well-structured digital filing system with clear naming conventions, version control, and proper documentation tracking
- Ensure all procurement records are accurate, complete, and easily traceable for reference and reporting
- Support data consistency and integrity across procurement systems and reports
- Prepare and organise documentation required for internal audits, ensuring compliance and proper record-keeping
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and meeting materials for regional and global stakeholders
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
- Some experience in procurement, supply chain, finance, or administrative roles
