Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end administration of contracts, including reviews, tracking, risk mitigation, approvals, and ensuring adherence to contract management processes.
Support sourcing activities across multiple spend categories, including supplier selection, vendor management, and identifying cost-effective, high-quality procurement options.
Lead or assist in drafting Statements of Work (SOWs), preparing RFQs/RFPs, and ensuring purchase orders comply with procurement policies.
Perform cost analysis, scenario planning, benchmarking, and contribute to procurement strategy initiatives such as process improvements and cost-reduction opportunities.
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, negotiate contract terms and conditions, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract and procurement data, tools, templates, and documentation.
Requirements
Experience in procurement, contract administration, or vendor management with familiarity in RFQ/RFP processes.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct cost analysis, assess risks, and compare contractual obligations.
Ability to draft basic SOWs and negotiate commercial and legal terms with suppliers and stakeholders.
Knowledge of procurement policies, processes, and best practices, including managing contracts from quotation to final agreement.
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to maintain accurate contract databases and ensure process compliance.
