Procurement Admin (Construction Industry, Singapore)
We are looking for a Junior Procurement Admin to join our team and support daily purchasing activities for our construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders.
- Communicate with suppliers for quotations and deliveries.
- Help maintain records of suppliers, quotations, and contracts.
- Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Provide general admin support to the procurement team.
Requirements:
- Nitec/Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (fresh graduates welcome).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Organized, honest, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
