Job Description
.Prepare Request for Proposal (RFP) / Request for Quotation (RFQ)

. Sourcing Administration (Launch sourcing events, provide administrative and logistical support for vendor briefings, eg scheduling, room booking, meeting room set-up, registration, attendance taking)

. Provide administrative support for vendor clarifications queries, collate, sort and check proposals submitted by vendors

. Provide administrative support for evaluation scoresheets, tabulate scores

. Conduct reference checks for Evaluation committee's evaluation

. Issue contracts and related documentation to notify vendors on the award of outcome

. Verify completeness and accuracy of Purchase Requests

. Verify Goods Receipts submissions for completeness and correctness based on information

Requirements
. A minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or related fields, including but not limited to familiarity with procurement governance, public sector and/or healthcare procurement policies and processes, and large scale and complex organizational operations

. A minimum of a diploma qualification, including but not limited to relevant procurement or governance training and continuous professional development in relevant fields

. Proficient in the use of procurement systems (eg Ariba), Microsoft 365 Suite and other relevant digital tools to generate reports, statistics and dashboards

. Possess effective written and verbal communication skills to engage stakeholders and vendors professionally and the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and within stipulated timelines.
