Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily processing operations and ensure smooth shift execution
- Oversee Processing Officers (POs), ensuring proper task allocation and adequate manpower coverage
- Ensure accurate encoding and processing of applications in compliance with SOPs
- Conduct spot checks and audits to maintain work quality and compliance standards
- Train and guide new hires on system usage, processes, and operational requirements
- Manage shift handover and takeover, ensuring proper accountability of controlled items
- Submit daily operational and reconciliation reports to Management
- Ensure adherence to Authority and site operational guidelines
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- Minimum GCE O Level qualification
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience
- Prior experience in operations, processing, or similar supervisory roles preferred
- Ability to manage shift-based operations and coordinate team deployment effectively
Working Hours / Location
- 4 days work, 2 days off (rotating basis)
- AM Shift: 9am to 6.30pm (1hr lunch break)
- PM Shift: 12.30pm to 10pm (1hr lunch break)
- Midview City (MRT - Thomson-East Coast Line)
