- Support manufacturing operations. This role acts as a first-line technical problem solver to ensure Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Safety (QCDS) targets are achieved.
- The ideal candidate will support process validation, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Assist engineers in validating new equipment and manufacturing processes
- Troubleshoot technical issues,conduct root cause analysis, and implement solutions
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the production floor
- Participating in cross-functional activities to improve operational performance
- Assist in evaluating processes and equipment to ensure compliance with local regulations
- Support the development of technical capabilities across departments
- Fabricate and maintain basic jigs and fixtures to improve product quality and delivery
- Maintain accurate records and compile reports as required
- Collaborate with the broader engineering team to support operational goals
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Diploma or above in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar manufacturing or engineering support role
- Experience working in aproduction or factory environment
- Basic project coordination experience
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles
- Understanding of ESD best practices
- Ability to use basic hand tools and workshop equipment
