Process Technician

About the Role

The primary responsibility of a production process technician is to support the efficient and safe operation of the plant's production processes. They play a crucial role in ensuring that equipment and systems function optimally, production runs smoothly, and product quality meets the required standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth operation of the production plant.

• Follow work SOPs

• Observe safety rules and 5S.

• Assists in loading and unloading of ISO tanker, raw materials, carries out chemical waste sorting, waste transfer, and stock keeping.

• Conduct material weighing and charging (PA & RE)

• Assist TL in troubleshooting plant issues.

• Grade change cleaning activities (PA & RE)

• Perform confined space Tank cleaning (PA & RE)

• Reactor cleaning (PA)

• Conduct process gas and product sampling using gas chromatography (RE)

• Perform weekly PH meter calibration (CHE & PA)

What We're Looking For

• Min O Level or equivalent

• Relevant working experience in a chemical manufacturing industry is an advantage

• Computer-literate able to perform data entry and use Microsoft Excel

• Good communication skills

• Hands-on and able to multi-task

• Self-disciplined, good team player,

• Responsible and independent worker

• Have a safety mindset

• Location: Jurong Island (Company Transport provided)

• Commence work: ASAP.

• Applicants can work in Singapore without requiring a work pass.

• Working Hours: 12-hour rotational shift
