Job Responsibilities
- To monitor process performance indices on qualified processes and establish good controls to maintain process performance
- To troubleshoot out of control situations and process issues, lot disposition and put correction actions in place
- Work as a team with equipment, integration and manufacturing engineers and external customers to meet modules objectives
- Establish and maintain a good audit system for ISO requirements, internal and QA audit on process documentation
- Assist engineering in short term problem solving and long term continuous improvement for yield improvement and cost saving project.
- Support Production and Engineering run in the production line
Job Requirements
- Higher NITEC in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering) or equivalent.
- At least 3 years working experience in semiconductor/wafer fab manufacturing industry with technical expertise in Final Inspection Testing
- Candidate must possess strong problem solving & analytical skills
- Willing to work in cleanroom environment and on rotating shift
