As a Process Technician, you'll be responsible for preparing wafers for experimentation, operating reactors to perform thin film processes, and using scanning electron microscopes for analyses and imaging. You'll record process conditions and experimental observations, perform routine maintenance procedures, and evaluate wafers and thin films. Process Technicians are tasked with preparing cross-section samples for analysis, identifying patterns of interest in imaging, and operating laboratory process equipment and instrumentation. Your expertise in troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and process optimization drives higher levels of productivity, quality, and efficiency in our manufacturing processes.As a Process Technician in R&D, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and optimization of semiconductor manufacturing processes. You will work closely with engineers and scientists to execute experiments, collect data, and maintain equipment in a cleanroom environment. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, hands-on, and passionate about advancing cutting-edge technology.
Responsibilities:
Assisting engineer to work on developing process technology for advanced CVD / PVD processes
Responsible for performing basic recipe and CH troubleshooting during process runs and implement changes based on directions from the engineer
Owner for the execution of module process, data collection for measurement & inspection and sharing of data with the engineer
Interact with internal and external CH and metrology tool owners to align for tool time, execute process sequence and collect data to feedback to engineer
Occasional over-time to support process engineering support activities
Requirements:
Basic understanding on semiconductor process is preferred
Candidates with prior semiconductor equipment experiences can be considered
Prior experience in Process Technology as technician in Fab/Cleanroom area (CVD, PVD, ALD etc.) will be added advantage
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Must be able to commit Monday - Friday rotating shift (9am - 6pm/ 4pm - 11pm).
