Key Responsibilities
- Assist Process Engineers in running experiments, process improvements, and engineering trials.
- Record production data, equipment parameters, and inspection results accurately in system logs.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations, cleanroom protocols, and contamination control procedures.
- Identify potential process issues and support root cause analysis for yield or equipment problems.
- Perform quality checks and ensure products meet manufacturing and customer specifications.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve process efficiency and yield.
- Participate in shift handovers and communicate operational status to the next shift team.
Knowledge & Skills Requirements
- Basic understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes such as deposition, etching, lithography, or CMP.
- Familiarity with semiconductor production equipment and cleanroom operations.
- Ability to follow strict process procedures and work instructions. Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read technical documents, process sheets, and equipment manuals.
- Good communication and teamwork skills to work with engineers, technicians, and operators.
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and rotating shifts.
Education & Experience Requirements
- Diploma or Higher NITEC in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Semiconductor Technology.
- Fresh graduates are welcome 1-3 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience is an advantage.
- Experience with semiconductor equipment or wafer fabrication processes is preferred.
Other Requirements
- Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts including night shifts.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and follow ESD and contamination control procedures.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and handle wafer cassettes safely.
