Job Summary

• Job Title: Process Technician, Mechanical Technology

• Working Hours: 12-hour shifts, 8AM-8PM / 8PM-8AM

• Work Schedule: 4-3-3-4 rotating pattern

• Shift: Permanent Day or Permanent Night Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring mechanical process performance and identifying process deviations promptly.

• Evaluating tool capability and assigning suitable tools according to product specifications.

• Adjusting and fine-tuning process tools to maintain required mechanical performance standards.

• Performing post-process disposition, including geometry (Geo) and HOSPC assessments, and initiating containment actions when required.

• Supporting operations with setup checks and corrective actions according to established procedures.

• Supporting high-volume production while maintaining customer specifications and production targets.

• Assisting Process Engineers with data collection, analysis, and evaluation tests on the production floor.

• Supporting stable production operations across the 300mm fabs, particularly during critical production periods.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering or Science.

• Willing to work 12-hour permanent day or night shifts.

• Entry-level candidates and fresh graduates are welcome.

• Good analytical, problem-solving, and process monitoring skills.
