Key Responsibilities:
- Support plant commissioning, start-up, shut down, and daily production activities.
- Operate production equipment, conduct quality checks, and carry out minor maintenance tasks.
- Perform field inspections, collect samples, and record operational data to ensure plant reliability and efficiency.
- Participate in the Emergency Response Team - including regular training and execution of safety protocols.
- Comply with and contribute to Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies and initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- NITEC or Diploma in Chemical Process, Mechanical Fitting, Electrical Fitting & Installation, or Electronics.
- Willingness to perform 12 hours rotating shifts.
- A strong team player with initiative, resilience, and good communication skills.
