JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Management of ASM1 Manufacturing training dashboards to facilitate a high level of training compliance by:
. Generate training reports (SAS) weekly from the system.
. Identify, highlight and communicate training gaps in the shift teams to relevant stakeholders.
. Manage and periodically review Training Assignment Profiles (TAP) and staff training assignments to ensure it is up to date and relevant.
. Generate training reports for audit purposes as required.
2. Manage and coordinate ASM1 Manufacturing New Hire Orientation (NHO):
. Plan and coordinate NHO program
. First point of contact for new hire orientation (NHO) and manage new hires progress in the NHO.
. Manage NHO curriculum and drive improvements to increase speed to deployment.
3. Support manufacturing production activities through:
. Manufacturing inventory and schedule management
. Process order issuance for product manufacture
. Client meeting management to integrate maintenance and non routine activities into manufacturing schedule
4. Maintain and manage day to day training and other administrative requirements such as:
. Conduct gowning training and qualification.
. Raise training requests for manufacturing staff on relevant platforms as required.
. Maintain and manage digital platforms (i.e. MFG Share Point, Smartsheet, Spotfire) and other administration tasks assigned by the manager
