Process Senior Engineer (Aerospace, Manufacturing) #ESY

Job Responsibilities

. Develop, validate, and maintain special process procedures (e.g., heat treatment, surface treatment, coatings, welding, brazing)

. Perform process capability studies and continuous improvement initiatives

. Ensure compliance with aerospace standards and customer requirements (NADCAP, AS9100, FAA/EASA)

. Assist the Manager in day-to-day process monitoring and production requirement

. Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned

Typical special processes include:

• Welding
• Heat treatment
• Surface finishing / plating
• Chemical processing
• Painting & coating
• Brazing
• Non-destructive testing (NDT)
• Composite bonding
• Cleanroom manufacturing
• Sterilization

Position Requirements

. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in an Aerospace or Manufacturing environment

Education, Training, Licenses and/or Certifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Materials, Mechanical, Aerospace, Chemical, or related field)

Skills and Competencies

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

. High attention to detail and quality

. Ability to work in a highly regulated manufacturing environment

. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
