Job Info:
- Salary: Up to $5,500 basic + Variable Bonus (VB)
- Working Days: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
- Location: Within walking distance from Kaki Bukit MRT
- Company: Electronics manufacturing (Cable assembly, interconnects, and electronic contract manufacturing)
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams for NPI and product launches
- Develop project plans, milestones, and monitor readiness for pilot and mass production
- Implement DFM/DFA requirements and establish production processes
- Coordinate pilot builds, validations, and troubleshoot technical/quality issues
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation (BOM, PFMEA, SOP, ECN/MDN) and update ERP
- Liaise with suppliers for material/component readiness
- Support product qualification, reliability testing, and FAI
- Drive continuous improvements, automation, and post-launch enhancements
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in NPI, manufacturing engineering, or process engineering
- Strong hands-on experience in BOM structure, ECN/MDR changes, and product releases
- Knowledge of ISO9001 standards
- Strong understanding of cable assembly or box-build assembly processes
- Proficient in ERP systems, AutoCAD, or similar design tools
- Familiar with DFM/DFA and quality tools (8D, PFMEA)
