Credit Administration for End-to-End Processing of HDB and Private Residential Home Loans (PHL)
This Includes The Following Functions
- Processing and Checking of New Home Loan Applications Documentation
- Processing: This entails disbursement, redemption and other service-related requests, such as:
- Restructuring of credit facilities after disbursement
- Partial capital repayment
- Repricing of loans
- Bridging Loans, etc.
- Safe-Keeping of Security Documents: Performed safekeeping of the security documents via CLIMS Liaison with External and Internal Parties: This includes solicitors, valuers, branches, contact centre, Mortgage Specialist centre, and other departments regarding mortgage-related issues and inquiries.
