The Opportunity:

Adecco is partnering with a global leading Semiconductor Foundry in searching for a Process Integration Staff Engineer/ MTS under technology Development Department to support their fab expansion. This position This role is pivotal in driving the advancement of the device, with responsibilities including collaborating across multidisciplinary teams, optimising manufacturing processes, troubleshooting integration challenges, and driving continuous improvements to achieve project goals.

The Job:

• Identify, resolve, and improve process integration and yield issues and related problems

• Perform project management and data analysis
• Identify and resolve process integration issues and related problems
• Develop custom or derivative processes to meet customer needs
• Support new designs with module characterization and design rule development
• Work with cross function teams to reduce defect activities and resolve technical & yield concerns
• Develop and improve test structures that enable fast and rigorous characterization of process
• Drive CIP (Continuous improvement plans) to deliver organizational goals
• Build and develop defect source library and tool's defect source fingerprinting
• Perform product/process partitioning study for yield & defect characterization to drive defect improvements
• Ensure that processes are well documented, failure modes are assessed and have mitigation and detection in place
• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements
• Work and collaborate other projects and/or assignments as needed

The Talent:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Science or other relevant engineering discipline is required

• 7 years relevant experience
• Experience in semiconductor process integration, ideally with a focus on BCD/RFSOI/Silicon Photonics development.
• Strong skills in device characterization, process qualification, and integration debugging.
• Knowledge of module development and semiconductor tooling is an advantage.
