Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize RFSOI process technologies for 2DIC and 3DIC applications
- Collaborate with device engineering teams to co-optimize RF performance and layout for manufacturing scalability
- Lead yield improvement initiatives, reliability testing, and failure analysis for RFSOI products
- Partner with fabrication teams to transition new technologies from R&D to production
- Evaluate and implement emerging materials, process modules, and device structures to enhance RF performance
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Semiconductor Physics, or related disciplines
- At least 3 years of experience in RF semiconductor technology development, preferably on SOI platforms
- Proven experience in developing and transferring RF technologies into high-volume manufacturing is an added advantage
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills
