Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Engineering, Systems, Materials, Production and Maintenance to resolve manufacturing issues.
- Deliver on quality, volume, capacity, efficiency, product integrity, certifications, new products, costs, and inventory.
- Support Management in developing processes, plans, and strategies for new projects.
- Understand technical and system details relevant to your role.
- Assist to promote teamwork and meet quality objectives.
- Actively drive continuous improvement for efficiency and flexibility.
- Work with plant teams to solve client related problems.
- Improve cycle time and capacity with all departments.
- Generate performance reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering.
- Proactive, follows company conduct standards.
- 3 years of experience in Server / Rack / Manufacturing industry.
- Effective, ongoing communication internally and externally to avoid misunderstandings.
- Responsible, takes ownership, shows initiative and leadership.
- Disciplined, punctual, with a sense of urgency.
- Complies with RBA standards.
