Reporting to Head, Manpower Management, this role will drive strategic projects and process improvement initiatives within Manpower Management, overseeing the full lifecycle of distribution channel personnel. Ensure recruitment and offboarding processes comply with both regulatory standards and internal policies.Job Descriptions:
Stakeholder Management & Governance - Partner closely with internal stakeholders to align priorities, clarify requirements, drive decision-making, and ensure strong governance across initiatives, including risk, scope, timelines, and resource management.
Digitalisation & Automation - Identify, prioritise, and implement system enhancements and automation opportunities to simplify workflows, improve processing efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance user experience.
Process Improvement & Controls - Review and redesign processes to improve turnaround time, accuracy, control effectiveness, and adherence to established policies, SOPs, and service standards.
Project Delivery - Manage end-to-end project delivery, including requirements gathering, impact assessment, user acceptance testing, implementation, training, and transition into business-as-usual operations.
Operational Oversight - Oversee day-to-day operations within the manpower management scope to ensure processes are executed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with internal and external requirements. Drive accountability, capability uplift, and continuous improvement.
Regulatory Compliance - Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and industry requirements, including MAS, FAA, LIA, and RNF guidelines, and lead the timely implementation of regulatory changes, controls, and submissions.

Experience driving cross-functional outcomes.
Education:
Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile) is an added advantage.
