Job Description



Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop and implement new polishing and cleaning processes for mass production.
  • Responsible for new equipment set up, installation, and qualification.
  • Process improvement and optimization to enhance quality, cost reduction, and productivity.
  • Maintain the process and equipment documentation including operating, maintenance, and work procedure.
  • Training of technicians on standard procedure and work instruction.

Requirements
  • Degree in Material Science, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering or any other equivalent discipline.
  • With 2-3 years of working experience in polishing and cleaning processes is a must.
  • Proficient in DOE, FMEA, and SPC.
  • Possess good communication skills and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Able to work in a cleanroom environment.
