Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented, and results-driven Process Engineering Manager to lead and manage process engineering operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This role is responsible for driving process optimization, improving production efficiency and product quality, and supporting manufacturing projects and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will provide strong leadership, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure alignment with business and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement process engineering strategies to support business objectives
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize processes and reduce defects
  • Manage and optimize production equipment and process parameters to improve efficiency and product quality
  • Lead and manage a team of Engineers and Technicians, providing guidance and performance management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, resolve issues, and drive operational goals
  • Standardize processes and implement best practices across departments
  • Ensure compliance with ISO9001/ISO14001 and relevant regulatory requirements
  • Participate in internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of non-conformities
  • Monitor performance metrics and produce reports (e.g., KPIs, operational data analysis)
  • Support operations in implementing processes aligned with industry standards
  • Provide input on workforce planning, resource allocation, and cost management
  • Align team objectives with overall business strategy and track performance against targets
  • Ensure adequate resources are available to meet operational needs
  • Provide training, tools, and guidance to support process and quality improvements
  • May be required to support operations outside normal working hours and travel as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment
  • Proven experience managing engineering teams
  • Strong knowledge of process optimization, production systems, and manufacturing operations
  • Familiarity with ISO9001/ISO14001 and quality management systems
  • Experience applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Strong project management experience in process improvement initiatives
