Process Engineering Lead

We are hiring on behalf of a client:

What You Will Do

As the Process Engineering Lead, you will be the technical authority for sustaining engineering and process optimization while leading a team of Process Engineers to deliver excellence in yield, quality, cost, and manufacturing robustness.

You will:

. Own and continuously improve manufacturing processes across the full product life cycle (NPI to EOL).

. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Process Engineers.

. Drive process stability, yield improvement, quality performance, and cost optimization.

. Act as the primary technical expert for sustaining engineering and continuous improvement initiatives.

. Maintain a strong shop-floor presence and lead structured, data-driven problem solving.

. Collaborate closely with Operations and Supply Chain Management stakeholders, including Quality Management, Procurement, Assembly as well as internal functions such as Equipment Engineering and NPI teams.

. Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and good manufacturing practices.

. Support automation, lean manufacturing, and new technology adoption initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Experience

. 6-8 years of hands-on engineering experience in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment.

. 2-4 years in a supervisory or technical leadership role managing or guiding engineers.

. Strong experience in sustaining engineering and full product life cycle support.

. Experience with SAP, Teamcenter, MATLAB, NI LabVIEW, or SPC tools (advantageous).

. Exposure to automation, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Education

. Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electronics, or Systems Engineering.

. A relevant Master's degree is an advantage
