Job Title: Process Engineer
Location: Tampines
Working hour: 8.30am to 6pm (Mon to Fri)
Annual Leave: 14 days per year
Basic: $3500-$7,000 + AWS + VB
Job Responsibilties:
- Maintain smooth daily manufacturing operations and problem solve issues promptly.
- Actively collaborate with equipment and material suppliers and partners to identifytechnology deficiencies develop, evaluate, and validate corrective and preventivesolutions.
- Qualify and sustain manufacturing processes to scale up capacity swiftly and maintainwith quality and urgency.
- Lead efforts to continuously improve process stability and capability, enhance quality,reliability, yield, productivity, and safety standards.
- Design and execute experiments, analyze complex data sets, and derive actionableinsights to optimize manufacturing processes and precise controls.
- Implement statistical process control methods to establish and uphold robustmanufacturing processes.
Job Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, ChemicalEngineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related STEM field.
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in specific module process engineering, possessing in-depth technical knowledge.
- Experience working in a 12 (300mm) semiconductor fabrication facilities would be anadvantageous
