Responsibilities:
- Define end-to-end process flows, requirements, and specifications, and validate performance through Design of Experiments (DoE).
- Collaborate with customers on conceptual process design for new products, including feasibility assessment and verification.
- Propose new process concepts supported by data-driven analysis to enhance existing product performance.
- Perform systematic troubleshooting using statistical and data analysis techniques to improve process and product outcomes.
- Debug machinery functions to ensure alignment with customer specifications and analyze DoE results for process optimization.
- Support internal equipment optimization activities prior to buy-off and during customer sample evaluations.
- Provide on-site process optimization and evaluation to meet defined customer requirements.
Requirements:
- Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.
- Degree in Engineering, Applied Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of Design of Experiments (DoE), FMECA, statistics, and instrumentation.
- Familiarity with bonding processes in back-end semiconductor manufacturing, including hybrid bonding.
- Experience in micro-electronics or semiconductor manufacturing is an added advantage.
