You will work closely with operations, quality, engineering and safety teams to solve problems, deliver projects and improve performance. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: Identify equipment, instrument and facility improvement projects Define detailed project scope and perform conceptional front end design Manage activities across all project phases and ensure quality and safety standards are adhered to and that projects are completed on time and to budget Execute facility and computer system change controls Responsible for equipment and instrumentation design, specification and sourcing Support commissioning and qualification activities for new technology/capability and improvement projects Develop, execute, and review IQ/OQ and PQ validation protocols, test scripts and reports Lead the resolution of validation events and escalate concerns in a timely manner Why You Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: Bachelor's degree in chemical, Biochemical, Mechanical or related engineering field. Minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing or process engineering in pharmaceutical, biotech, or related industry. Hands-on experience with process troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Experience supporting equipment and computer system commissioning, qualification or validation. Working knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) and health and safety requirements. Strong communication and teamwork skills with a commitment to clear, respectful collaboration. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: 5+ years experience in pharmaceutical or biomanufacturing environments. Experience with process improvement methods, process analytical technology or continuous manufacturing. Familiarity with cleanroom operations and relevant standards. Experience with process modelling, statistical tools or data analytics applied to manufacturing. Experience with computerized maintenance or manufacturing systems (for example SAP, MES). Experience contributing to capital projects or facility design.
