Plan, schedule, and conduct technical review board (TRB) meetings to release the new products.
Collaborate with development and process engineering on new technologies interaction with new product design
Process Integration and Parametric Yield improvement by running DOE and corner margin lots
Ensuring prototyping inline CpK and defectivity meeting the target
Achieve NPI department KPI's on-time delivery by meeting Product Yield, Quality and Cycle Time Target
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Master's in Electrical, Mechanical, Material, and Chemical Engineering or other science fields.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
At least 1 year of experience as NPI, Process Integration, or Product Engineer in the semiconductor or electronics industry (is desirable).
Process semiconductor experience in AOI, photolithography, sputtering, plating, bonding, backgrinding, and dicing.
Deep understanding of either semiconductors and/or RF acoustic devices.
Knowledge of FMEA, Statistical process control, and 7 QC tools.
Strong problem solving skills: 8D, Fishbone diagram, and others
Programming, macro, and scripting creation (is desirable).
Proficient in Microsoft Office, JMP, Agile
A proven track record as a team player on an engineering team, preferably with experience functioning effectively in a multi-cultural, multi-geographic engineering environment.
