Responsibilities
- Optimize plant work processes and production by identifying process gaps, recommending improvements, and leading the approval and implementation of new or revised processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth and successful adoption of process changes.
- Proactively identify potential issues before incidents occur and ensure plant operations meet design specifications.
- Lead and champion Risk Assessments and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) to mitigate operational risks.
- Apply the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle through regular checks, reviews, and briefings to drive continuous improvement.

- Non-experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Prior working experience in a chemical plant is an advantage.
- Must be comfortable working on Jurong Island
