Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Process Engineer (MOCVD) at DenseLight Semiconductors, located in Singapore. The Process Engineer will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining MOCVD growth processes to manufacture high-performance photonic devices. Daily responsibilities include monitoring and improving process stability and control, troubleshooting equipment issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Process Design and Process Engineering
  • Solid foundation in Process Control and Analytical Skills
  • Background in Chemical Engineering with emphasis on semiconductor or photonics applications
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and an ability to analyze data effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Experience with MOCVD systems and understanding of epitaxial growth processes is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field
