Responsibilities:
- Manage wafer manufacturing processes to achieve quality, yield, and production targets.
- Work closely with global technology teams on process alignment and qualification of new processes, suppliers, and consumables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process capability improvement and yield enhancement initiatives.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for process issues and yield losses.
- Drive continuous improvement and implement permanent solutions for recurring process and quality issues.
- Establish and maintain best practices and innovative solutions for process improvement.
- Conduct statistical data analysis to support process optimization and decision-making.
- Apply structured problem-solving and risk analysis tools (8D, Fishbone, DOE, FMEA).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of semiconductor quality systems, data analysis, DOE, and SPC.
- Proficient in statistical analysis tools (e.g. JMP) experience with Visual Basic, databases, and queries is an added advantage.
