YOUR ROLE

1. Manage a cost-effective manufacturing process procedure in wafer fabrication, through the provision of engineering support to the production line, so as to achieve organization's targeted manufacturing index.
2. Take full ownership on all engineering issues of assigned process.
3. Maintain and support day to day manufacturing activities through real-time problem analysis and real-time solution implementation.
4. Ensure smooth process flow with high quality, high yield, low cost by working with the Maintenance Specialists, Production Supervisors and Shift Engineers to achieve overall committed targets.
5. Maintain, manage & improve department quality key performance index (wafer scrap, defectivity, SPC, FDC, non-conformance lot, excursion etc.)
6. Set up robust system for Si & SiC to maintain / perform lowest WAR (Wafer At Risk) level, highest signal to noise ratio on SPC & FDC, and least human dependency.
7. Implement Best Known Method (BKM) for overall quality control system through benchmarking.
8. Participate together with local team to implement the select projects or activities (e.g. cost reduction, process robustness, quality improvement, cycle time improvement).

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Basic Engineering knowledge (especially Electronics/Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Material Engineering)
• Basics of Problem Solving, Analytical Skills
• Simple Mathematical calculations involving dose concentration, angle degrees, air pressure
• Self-initiative and able to communicate clearly
