Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers and internal teams by troubleshooting equipment, process, and application-related issues to ensure optimal system performance
- Plan, execute, and support customer evaluations, experiments, and process development activities to validate product performance and application suitability
- Analyze experimental and process data, interpret results, and prepare technical reports, presentations, and recommendations for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training sessions to customers, sales teams, and service engineers to enhance product knowledge and application capabilities.
- Support new product introductions, gather customer feedback, monitor industry and technology trends, and provide insights to product marketing and engineering teams.
- Work closely with Sales, Service, Product Marketing, Engineering, and Regional Support teams to resolve customer issues, support business opportunities, and ensure successful project execution.
Requirements:
- Degree/Masters in Physics, Engineering
- At least 4 years of experience in Semiconductor industry
