Responsibilities
- Perform process setup, optimization, and troubleshooting to ensure stable production yield and quality.
- Monitor and analyse process performance using SPC and data analysis tools, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for process deviations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, maintenance, quality) to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
- Support new product introduction (NPI), process qualification, and documentation in compliance with industry standards.
