Process Engineer (EMS)

Responsibilities

. To lead a team of process AE/Technician to work on all process related functions to ensure an efficiency production

. To work with all internal departments to create a proper process operation flow as per customer & business requirement

. To ensure production W/I is properly maintained include SFC control process & SAP maintain process

. To lead operation teams on ECO changes & implementations

. To lead in process efficiency through process improvements, UPH tracking & Kaizen activities

. To update EC masterlist & tracking

. To prepare and update Working Instruction

. To provide trainings over W/I to production

. To support on the NPI Process

. To support production on mass run

. Participate in ISO activities (implementation & maintain)

Requirements

. Degree/ Diploma in Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in Manufacturing

. Ability to work with the customer, HQ / factory, Peers / Subordinate, and Superiors
